UNIFEM uploaded a new Information packet on its website. The packet was produced as part of the activities carried out in Latin America and the Caribbean by UNIFEM and different organizations for the 2005 16 Days of Activism against Gender Violence. The kit consists of documents that highlight the connection between violence and women's vulnerabilities to HIV/AIDS, the issue of girl children survivors of violence, international and regional instruments to combat violence against children and women, resources and bibliography.
