In 2004 the Campaign will be held for the 14th time and is under the slogan: For the health of women, For the health of the world: No more violence. The main focus of this year’s campaign in Bulgaria was connected with the improvement of the co-operation between the NGO sector working in the field of women’s issues and national and local media during and after the campaign. The ambition was to achieve better media coverage of the topic, to increase sensitivity and to change the mentality on the problem of violence and gender issues.
