(CWSP) CWSP supported the proposals for amendments and underlined that society must еvaluate mother’s and parent’s work which shall be an overall estimation of the efforts to be a parent in Bulgaria.  It is really necessary affirmative measures for supporting parents to be implemented in accordance with the public interest. In this respect CWSP proposed if the Social fund “Maternity and Diseases” is divided into two parts the part compensating maternity and parental leaves to be named Social Fund “Parent’s responsibility” or “Childcare” and parents who have paid their social insurance to have the possibility to obtain a compensation for parental leave at the amount of their 100% brut remuneration for a period of one year.     Back Up Print friendly Save as PDF file Contents
