COUNCIL OF MINISTERS

ENACTED:

            Art. 1. Creates a National Council on Gender Equality with the Council of Ministers in composition according to Art. 3 from the appendix.

            Art. 2.  Adopts a Statute for the Structure and the Organization of the National Council on Gender Equality Work.

            CONCLUDING DECREES

            Art. 1. The Decree is issued on the grounds of Art. 114 in relation with Art. 105, Par. 1 from the Constitution of Republic of Bulgaria and Art. 21 from the Administration Act.

            § 2.  The nominal composition of the permanent members of the National Council on Gender Equality is determined from the heads of the institutions and organizations in one month time after the Decree comes into force.

            § 3.  In Art. 29 from the Statute of Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, adopted with Decree № 260 of  Council of Ministers since 2002 (OG, issue 108 since 2002), is created item 11:

            "11. Provides administrative and technical service to the National Council on Gender Equality with the Council of Ministers".

            § 4.  The Decree comes into force since the day of its publication in OG.
