Bulgaria is required to submit periodic Government Reports detailing the compliance and implementation of international conventions with regard to women’s issues to the:

• The Committee on Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women on the implementation of the Convention on Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW).

• The Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights on the implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. 

• The Human Rights Committee on the implementation of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
