The Center of Women’s Studies and Policies cordially congratulates our dear friend Ass. Prof. Krasimira Daskalova, PhD, lecturer at the Faculty of Philosophy, Sofia University and President of the Bulgarian Association of University Women, on being elected President of the International Federation for Research in Women’s History, IFRWH at its Conference in Sydney, Australia (3-9 July).

CWSP team highly appreciates her persistent and devoted work on providing regularly the contemporary reader with new proofs for the continuity of the women’s movement development in Bulgaria. We wish her success on this new challenging path and in her efforts to make Sofia in 2007 the world’s capital of the International Federation for Research in Women’s History!
