On 30 November 2004 the European Integration Program of the Open Society Institute – Sofia organized a seminar in Velingrad for the representatives of the participating Bulgarian and Turkish NGOs, which implemented in 2004 six joint projects under the Program “Citizen’s Partnership for European Integration”. The meeting aimed at reviwing the achievements and discussing the obstacles in the implementation of such bilateral initiatives.
